136 : I have arrived, but...

...I don't feel happy. Or fulfilled. Or content.

I did the thing. I hit the goal. I checked the box.

But. But. But. But, I was unhappy. I felt empty. There had to be more. I couldn't celebrate (or the way I did was fake anyway 🤫).

Have I arrived? I think I did. I have arrived. Why doesn't it feel like it?

When do you reach your goal? When can you feel happy? When can you relax for a minute?

Whelp, I'm glad you asked...let's chat about it right now...

In today’s episode, I discuss…

[6:33] When you ✅ that box, how fulfilled were you?

[8:25] I was empty when this happened

[9:15] Can we not do the same? Yeah but, Brooke…

[13:30] I wasn’t intended to get it all right

[15:10] How can you serve someone today?

[15:45] Let me help you with this…stop driving/working

[18:30] Keep walking through this journey with me

[21:51] This. Please take this with you ❤️

[23:13] Can we do BOTH?

Grab your notes & pick up your pen…
