186 : Fear: Embracing the Unfamiliar

When you're afraid, what is it that you say to yourself?

When you don't know the next step, what phrases are you rattling off (out of unconscious habit) in your head?

My guess is that they are not helping you get OUT of fear--rather, they are fueling the fire & making the fear more intense. 

So, what can we do about it?
