How is value assigned? What makes something valuable?
Is it the worth that someone assigns? Is it the "fair market value?"
Does it fluctuate? Does it change? Is it in the eye of the beholder?
What if it can be fluid (ever-changing) AND permanent, depending on what we're discussing?
