18 : How to stop “should-ing” on yourself

We all do it. I "should" do this. I "should" volunteer or donate. I "should" go to that party...but, WHY? Why do we put ourselves through this self-imposed torture? I'm excited for you to dig in & see just why we "should" all over ourselves & to imagine a world where you stopped "should-ing" all over yourself! Be sure to follow through on the journal prompts to really unveil what's behind your should-ing, because it's not happening on accident.

Journal prompts:

1. What area of your life is frustrating you? (don't be dramatic or act like you don't have one...we've all got plenty to choose from!)

2. What "shoulds" can you pull out of that area of frustration?

3. What is the real reason that you are choosing to "should" on yourself? (leave the drama out & just answer the question...you can thank me later!)
