17 : Weary isn’t a weakness

What would it feel like to admit that you are weary? What if I told you that it's not a weakness? It's just simply an emotion...we all have them. I feel like so many have felt weary & as achievers who are driven we believe that we are not supposed to feel that way. That it's a weakness to feel run down. Fed up. Tired. Weary.

Journal prompts:  

1. What would it feel like to admit you are human? To admit that you are weary?

2. What would it feel like to lean into the discomfort? To stop avoiding?
