We are fully aware of when we are afraid...yet, we flee the scene every time to avoid the "pain" that may come as the result of doing something new. Something unfamiliar. Something that maybe, just maybe, we'd absolutely crush.

So, what gives? Why do we do this & just how the heck can we overcome it?
